As an Account Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring the success of our business by building strong relationships with customers and acting as a liaison between their needs and our services. This is a commission-only role, where your earning potential is directly tied to your sales. We'll provide you with leads to get started, and with your proactive approach, you'll help make a positive impact in our customers' lives by offering the right products and services.
Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries and assist with policy changes.
Process insurance sales and bind coverage for auto and home policies.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients to drive future business.
Market relevant products and services to meet customer needs.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Previous experience in a related field is preferred.
Comfortable speaking with customers and prospects over the phone.
Self-motivated and ambitious—this role offers unlimited growth potential.
If not already licensed, you'll need to obtain a Texas General Lines Insurance License (we provide test prep materials and guidance).
