In anticipation of a contract award, Tantus Technologies, Inc. (Tantus) - recognized by the Washington Post as a Top Workplace - is looking for an AI Language Model Trainer to help implement AI learning for our government client. This opportunity will help build and integrate the start of our client's AI platform integration with their business process.

*Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder eligible to obtain a Public Trust.*

• Curate and manage divers high quality datasets to train language models effectively

• Identify diverse sources of textual data, ensuring data cleanliness and relevance, and managing datasets to represent a wide range of linguistic patterns and topics.

• Design, implement, and fine-tune machine learning models for language generation tasks, optimizing for fluency and coherence.

• Foster continuous learning practices for themselves and the team to stay updated on the latest advancements in language modeling techniques and incorporate them into their training methodologies.

• Assess model performance, identify areas for improvement, and refine model architectures and training procedures iteratively.

• Bachelors degree computer related field
• 5+ years experience in Data Science
• 1-2 year(s) in AI related experience
• Experience in an Agile environment
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps
• Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder eligible to obtain a Public Trust

• Ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
