Asset Manager

As an Asset Manager, you'll be pivotal in maximizing the performance of our diverse and rapidly expanding portfolio. We offer a competitive salary, bonus potential, excellent benefits, and a 401k with an employer match.

*** Candidate Responsibilities: 

• Oversight of a portfolio of commercial and residential assets
• Engage in daily communication with vendors and tenants across the portfolio to ensure efficient property operations
• Perform discussions and presentations on investment strategies
• Utilize and analyze data to help with decision support
• Help prepare annual budgets as well as key performance indicators, and detailed financial reports for investors and senior management
• Analyze property financial statements, performance against budgets, underwriting, and market trends
• Assist with expansion projects
• Conduct market and competitor studies on an as-needed basis
• Evaluate potential target acquisitions
• Perform site visits for local and out-of-state properties as necessary

**Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• 5+ years of real estate industry and asset management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Prior experience with Yardi is advantageous
