Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate Patient Care: Facilitate and manage patient care effectively, ensuring a smooth healing process, especially for those recovering from work-related injuries.
Attend Appointments: Join patients during appointments with medical professionals as necessary, offering support and guidance.
Educate Patients: Provide essential information to patients about their care, helping them understand their healing journey.
Essential Skills:
Strong organizational and communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and adaptability to learn our proprietary EagleOne software.
A positive, team-centered attitude focused on achieving the best outcomes for our patients and clients.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should be detail-oriented, possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and be comfortable navigating computers. The following qualifications are preferred:
Active RN licensure in the state of employment.
Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Additional certifications (e.g., CCM, CDMS, CLNC) are a plus.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows/Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to navigate the internet for research purposes.
Typing skills of 45+ wpm.
Professional Attributes:
Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional customer service abilities.
Clinical experience in an orthopedic or occupational health setting is a plus.
A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to/from appointments, if hired as a field case manager.
