Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, mature and personable individual to join our team as a Brand Ambassador / Sales & Marketing Coordinator. This position is ideal for a "people person" who excels at connecting with others and has a passion for helping individuals achieve their health goals. You will play a critical role in conducting patient assessments, work hand-in-hand with the Clinic Coordinator and supervising Provider to create and manage an outstanding patient experience while also spearheading sales and marketing initiatives for the clinic.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Sales:
  • Conduct patient assessments to evaluate needs and introduce the Medi-Weightloss program.
  • Explain customized weight loss plans tailored to each patient’s goals and lifestyle.
  • Provide exceptional service by creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
  • Follow up with patient leads to convert consultations into program enrollments.
  • Document patient progress in the electronic medical record (EMR) system and lead management system.
  • Document patient insurance verification.

• Marketing:
  • Promote clinic services and products to new and existing patients through strategic marketing efforts.
  • Develop and implement local marketing campaigns to increase patient leads. 
  • Engage in community outreach to establish relationships and drive brand awareness.
• Support Tasks:
  • Encourage /promote patient engagement through social media campaigns and in-clinic activities
  • Collaborate with the clinic coordinator to back up the front desk

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Social media, content creation experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Background in health, nutrition, or weight loss is a plus but not required.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws/regulations.

Clinic Schedule :

• Tuesday: 1 PM – 7 PM
• Wednesday: 1 PM – 7 PM
• Thursday: 8 AM - 12 PM
• Friday: 7 AM – 1 PM
• Saturday: 7 AM – 1 PM

Compensation:

• $15 - $20 per hour, based on experience.

Work Location:

• Peachtree City, GA. Must be willing to travel to other locations in Georgia as needed.
