MCMI is currently seeking applicants for the position of Data Entry Clerk. MCMI is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. The Successful candidate will be responsible for various clerical tasks, Including Organizing Client Files, Data Entry, Engaging with Clients and Resource Managers, Auditing Files, and providing general administrative support. This position is open until September, with the possibility of extension based on Performance and business needs.

Functional Responsibilities

· Organize and Maintain physical and digital files accurately and efficiently.

· Perform Data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.

· Engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner, both in person and over the phone.

· Assist with Auditing files to ensure compliance with company standards.

· Complete other clerical tasks and administrative duties assigned.

Education/Experience

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Prior Experience in an office environment, preferred but not required

· Strong Attention to detail and accuracy

· Excellent Organizational skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Strong Verbal and Written communication skills

· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
