Hospitality Confidential is pleased to present an exciting new Director of Operations to oversee operations for two brewery/restaurants located in downtown Medford and downtown Klamath Falls, Oregon! It’s the kind of place where craft beer flows, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is always buzzing. It’s more than just a brewery—it’s a lively community hub where good times, great beer, and local events come together to create the perfect hangout spot.

As a crucial member of the team, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations across both locations, working closely with managing partners and management to drive long-term success! Our client is looking for someone that is not just a great leader, but a true team player with a hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail. What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee on-site management teams and assist with day-to-day operations while working toward long-term business goals
  • Serve as the communication link between the Managing Partners and the Management teams at both locations, ensuring an effective flow of information in all directions
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of leaders (General Managers, Kitchen Leads)
  • Coach and provide ongoing development of leaders
  • Work with managing partners to determine areas for improvement, and develop and implement actionable plans with managers
  • Assist with accounting, payroll and management team coverage
  • Develop, advise, and assist management teams on purchasing, receiving, and inventory procedures
  • Help develop and implement SOPs for adhering to all food, safety and sanitation regulations
  • Foster a dynamic and inclusive company culture that encourages teamwork and high morale
  • Ensure consistent adherence to all company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the marketing team
  • Coordinate with maintenance and repair services as needed
  • Oversee the integration of brewing operations with the restaurant to ensure seamless service and product quality
  • Travel regionally within Southern Oregon on a weekly basis

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume, casual dining environment
  • Proven track record of managing multiple locations is a plus
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational background
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Passion for local food and independent craft beer

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $85K - $95K
