We are looking for a mechanical project engineer to join our team. This position will be responsible for leading and managing mechanical engineering projects. Candidates must have a mechanical engineering degree and at least five (5) years of experience in a similar role.
Skills and Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to legislated and Company standards for safety, control, and housekeeping,
Ensure work is completed in accordance with established Company standards, policies, legislative requirements, and collective agreement provisions through regular safety crew meetings, general discussion, and individual communications,
Ensure design precision, adherence to standards and on-time project completion are prioritized,
Coordinate project teams, oversee installations and implement strategies to optimize efficiencies and performance,
Candidates must have strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and organizational skills,
Candidates should have strong computer skills including experience with MS Office.
Compensation:
This is a salary position plus an annual bonus and fully paid relocation assistance is available,
