POSITION
Oracle Functional Support Analyst (Core HR & Compensation)
LOCATION
Remote
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Core HR & Compensation modules is required
- Implementation of other Oracle Cloud modules is a plus
- Experience in PeopleSoft HCM is a plus
- Knowledge of Service Now software
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio etc.).
- Successfully completed and/or involved in at least three (3) full life-cycle of Oracle Cloud Core HR
- Effective collaboration and communication skills as well as an ability to handle multiple assignments in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to identify problems and determine corrective actions.
- Ability to prioritize work and promptly resolve or escalate when necessary and/or Compensation implementations and/or upgrades.
- Experience with HR, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Performance Management
