Job Description

POSITION

Oracle Functional Support Analyst (Core HR & Compensation)

LOCATION

Remote

REQUIRED SKILLS

  1. Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Core HR & Compensation modules is required
  2. Implementation of other Oracle Cloud modules is a plus
  3. Experience in PeopleSoft HCM is a plus
  4. Knowledge of Service Now software
  5. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio etc.).
  6. Successfully completed and/or involved in at least three (3) full life-cycle of Oracle Cloud Core HR
  7. Effective collaboration and communication skills as well as an ability to handle multiple assignments in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
  8. Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to identify problems and determine corrective actions.
  9. Ability to prioritize work and promptly resolve or escalate when necessary and/or Compensation implementations and/or upgrades.
  10. Experience with HR, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Performance Management
