Job Title - Performance Tester
Location - St Louis, MO (Hybrid 3 onsite 2 day remote)
Comments: This role requires strong Jmeter experience. Make sure the candidate has 3-5 experience in Jmeter in recent projects. Also during the interview panel will ask candidates to share the screen so candidates must have Jmeter installed in their system.
Description:
Having 6+ Years of Experience in performance testing
Good knowledge of Jmeter 4.0 (and above) tools.
Should have knowledge of some monitoring tools, like AppDynamics, Datadog.
Proficient in designing Performance Test Scripts (UI and API) for enterprise applications based on Requirements using Jmeter/BlazeMeter
Hands on exprience on Bean shell
Perform Performance Engineering & Performance Improvement activities
Able to create complex test scenarios in Jmeter.
Monitor application logs using monitoring tools/Splunk to determine system behavior.
Should have working knowledge of performance testing in distributed mode.
Publish results and receive appropriate signoff. Prepare detailed status reports, and monitoring of all defects and issues.
Able to handle Performance testing life cycle tasks independently.
Analyze the CPU Utilization, Memory usage, and Network usage, Garbage Collection, DB Parameters and DB Reports to verify the performance of the applications.
Generate performance graphs, session reports and other related documentation required for validation and analysis.
Collaborate with Business/ Application teams to improve system performance
Should be flexible to work in shifts and have good communication skills.
