Salary: $53,000 - 89,000 per year Requirements:
- I require a clinical designation or licensure in Pharmacy - CPhT is mandatory.
- You should possess at least 2-5 years of implementation and support experience with Cerner Millennium PharmNet.
- A minimum of a High School diploma is necessary, although a college degree is preferred.
- I expect you to have 2-5 years of experience specifically with Cerner PharmNet.
- Additionally, 2 years of experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is needed.
Responsibilities: - You will be responsible for all aspects of support for our LifePoint Health facilities, which includes training and overseeing the building and maintenance of clinical information systems.
- You should assist in ensuring adherence to policies and making sure the pharmacy department is informed about the processes and appropriateness of utilizing the Cerner information system.
- You will need to have experience building in Cerner Millennium, specifically in PharmNet and PowerChart.
- You will be tasked with creating and validating test scripts and must have strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data crosswalks.
- You should have experience in creating order set catalogs, formularies, order sentences, and power plans relevant to the medication process.
- You will need to post resolution of requests/incidents with Hospital Support Center (HSC) subject matter experts and LifePoint facilities to confirm that systems are operating as intended.
- Supporting data analytics requirements for operational and HSC business owners will also be part of your role.
- You will fulfill duties assigned by the Manager, Director, and higher-level personnel.
- Engaging facility pharmacy staff, vendors, and others from HSC will be essential to provide support for technology use and information in clinical systems.
- You will need to support both short- and long-term operational and strategic business activities by developing, improving, and maintaining operational information.
- Assisting facilities in sustaining clinical information systems and documenting and optimizing workflows in the Cerner environment is also part of your responsibilities.
- Experience in building Oncology Power-Plans and familiarity with CCL and Discern Rule Writing is a plus.
- You may also assist with Formulary Service Vendor Updates (Multum) and perform other duties as assigned.
