POSITION SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking a Recruiting Manager to work within our fast-paced, energetic environment. QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with a proven track record in managing recruitment processes; experience in a fast-paced private equity environment is preferred
Experience with high-volume recruiting and senior-level search preferred
Proficiency in ATS and recruitment software
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills
Ability to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies aligned with organizational goals and experience in workforce planning and talent pipeline development is required

WORK SCHEDULE: This position has a hybrid remote working schedule, with a minimum of 3 days onsite, per week. This role works between the hours of 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with half days on Friday. The schedule may fluctuate and will be based on business needs.
TRAVEL: 5-10%
