Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance the EDSS web application using Angular, Java/Spring, and PostgreSQL.
• Build scalable frontend components with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Angular best practices.
• Support backend development using Java and Spring to enable data processing, workflows, and integrations.
• Implement DevOps workflows on AWS and OpenShift, including deployments, configuration, and environment setup.
• Manage database structures, queries, and data flows within PostgreSQL.
• Configure and optimize Nginx for hosting, routing, and performance.
• Contribute to the migration of terabytes of data and workflows from SharePoint to the standalone EDSS platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements, test features, and ensure stable releases.
• Troubleshoot application issues across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers.
• Maintain documentation for features, components, APIs, and deployment processes.

Skills:

• Frontend: Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
• Backend: Java, Spring
• Database: PostgreSQL, SQL
• Infrastructure / DevOps: AWS, OpenShift, Nginx
• SharePoint backend experience (helpful for data and workflow migration)

Education/Experience:

• Bachelors.
